How Does The Pokemon Anime And Games Stay Fresh?

how do you think they keep coming up with new games,episodes and pokemon?

The anime is fresh?
I enjoyed the first season. The rest are iffy.

As for the games, they’re total nostaliga, and they basically repeat the same stuff.
But hey, they’re addicting!
I think this new generation should be the last, and if it is, they’ll just make updated versions of the handheld classics, just like Heart Gold and Soul Silver.
